Please note that the credit card used for reservation must be presented by the card holder upon arrival.

Upon arrival, this hotel will require the following credit card pre-authorisation as a security deposit:
AUD100 for the Studio and the One-Bedroom Apartment;
AUD200 for the Two-Bedroom Apartment; and
AUD300 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.
These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure if there are no damages or incidental charges, but may take between 5 and 10 days to become available.

The hotel will also accept a cash bond, which will be refunded upon departure following an inspection of the apartment by the hotel’s staff:
AUD200 for the Studio and the One-Bedroom Apartment;
AUD400 for the Two-Bedroom Apartment; and
AUD600 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.
